About Us

Hangin’ with Phil was started in Armadale, Victoria, by myself – Phil Kininmonth – in 2011 after 37 years working as an advertising agency art director. I’m also a framer, woodworker and artist (Instagram – @Philip Kininmonth), which is a good skillset for both picture arrangement and hanging. 

My son Jamie, who works with me, is an innovative amateur photographer, bringing a practiced and contemporary mindset to the craft. We work together some days but also separately depending on projects.

Although Hangin’ with Phil is based in Armadale, where we live, work takes us all over Melbourne and often to the coast and country where we can also transport medium sized artworks.
